When you register for or use Intervyou.ai, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you're under 18, you may only use the Platform with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Registration & Security

• Registration: Provide a valid email & password or sign in via Google SSO.
• Onboarding: Verify your email, review introduction, select language, share discovery source, enter referral code (optional), and accept Terms & Privacy Policy.
• Credentials: You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us of unauthorized use.

3. Token System & Payments

• Free Trial: 100 tokens upon registration.

4. Free Tokens & Promotional Credits

Promotional tokens or credits we grant follow the same expiration and non-refund policies unless stated otherwise.

5. AI Services & Disclaimers

• AI-Driven Features: Interview simulation, non-verbal analysis, and CV optimization are provided "as is."
• No guarantees: We do not promise job offers, specific interview outcomes, or matching rates.
• Accuracy may vary; apply human discretion before implementing suggestions.

6. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: All text, graphics, logos, software, and other materials belong to Intervyou.ai or its licensors.
• Your Content: By uploading CVs or documents, you grant us a license to process them solely to provide requested services.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape data, share others personal information without consent, bypass token usage, or use the Platform unlawfully.

8. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations or at our discretion. Unused tokens are forfeited upon termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intervyou.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intervyou.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or liabilities arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms take effect once posted; continued use constitutes acceptance.
